Taqueria Mexicano Grille — Restaurant in Stafford

Horrible I got charged $20 for 2 tacos and a fajitas enchiladas plate Came home to GROUND beef enchiladas my husband called 3 times after the lady at the drive thru arguing with me that it was not ground beef and that ground beef had carrots and potatoes. After calling a third time telling her that my plate did in fact have carrots and ground beef she told me to come back and they will have it ready. Came back 10-15 minutes after the phone call and she had the worst attitude with me. Told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait so I asked for a refund. Didn’t get her name because she seemed uninterested in assisting me but she was handing the drive thru window on 9/18 at 1pm. I left my plate there as well so she would see that it was indeed ground beef. This restaurant serves decent food. I only been here two times now. I thought I finally found a good Mexican restaurant that is close by me, but my only issue I have here is: I keep finding hair in my food. It’s happened to me both times I been there. Just by looking at it seems like it’s a man’s hair. It’s disappointing. I don’t know if they make their cooks wear a hairnet, but they should really consider it. The first time it happened, I lost my appetite but I didn’t make it a big deal. The second time I went I took my family and I just couldn’t anymore we were grossed out. When I was trying to get a waitress attention they were being slightly rude at first until I showed them the hair and their attitude completely changed. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Very nice Mexican cafe. I order 3 crispy tacos. They were beautifully crispy. The lettuce, tomato, cheese was presented on the side so you could add to your taco or not. I asked for "one of each" chicken, beef, fajita. They weren't skimpy with these. They were nice and hot as well and the taste was ok. The plate had rice and beans as well. Taco chips were crisp and to my liking...do not like the thin ones. Instead of the "green dip" they brought out a bowl of cheese dip which was a welcome change. I had the hibiscus drink and loved it! Overall review...clean, friendly and good service, good taco plate and fantastic hibiscus drink. If I am in the area at lunch time, I will definitely stop in for a crispy beef taco with hibiscus drink and enjoy cheese dip and tortilla chips...
