Poor experience in this store while I was on a trip to visit my family in the area. My cousin and I went in to browse and found 2 wallets we liked and wanted to get them as a memory of this family trip. The prices in the showcase were within our budget however we get to the register and the associate says that the one wallet is double the price. We show her the price it was labeled as and she said that’s our mistake, it was priced wrong. Every other establishment would have HONORED the price advertised. They admitted to the mistake yet did not care to honor their mistake. They were dismissive and the manager was flat out rude. Proceed with caution shopping here. It’s okay I’ve sold a few times with this store they’re generous SOMETIMES! This time they passed on my Jordan 7 hares, “bugs bunny’s” because they, “didn’t have the manual for it!!!???” Like what do you think this is a Lego set? You don’t gotta build the damn shoe together. Security guard has a nasty attitude and follows you around the store if you look young. The curation is horrible here. It looks like they just blindly buy items that are popular brands but don’t look at the actual clothes and are out of touch on what actually looks good. The pricing is also really strange. Poor condition 90s “designer” brands are marked at $200+. It’s giving Plato’s closet/forever 21. Definitely would recommend going to the Costa Mesa location instead of this one.
