In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Stanton

This is newly opened store but it is already popular! The store was very clean and the service was fast! The cashiers and other workers look very experienced and I liked their kindness, even though it was crowded. There were many tables inside, but every one of them were taken, so I had to sit outside. There are more than 6 tables out side. (Not sure exactly how many.) Three of them were shadowed and I sat one of the shadowed. So it was okay. The location is convenient because it is close to the beach blvd and garden grove blvd. Also they offer drive-in. The burger was fresh as always expected. Since I can't eat cucumbers I asked no pickles when I placed my order. BTY, it was my second time and I forgot to say on the first time:( But I learned that their dressing comes with the relishes:(( So I told one of the cashiers and he took my burger and made me a fresh one without the dressing. This is the only in n out ive been to where you specifically have to ask for protein style lettuce, there was a lady at the grill station complaining about how they should start charging people for asking for lettuce because i had gone back in to get lettuce that wasnt chopped up, all the in n outs ive been to they dont chop up their lettuce for their burgers at all. She told me i couldnt get any because they were ‘out’ meanwhile they have lettuce that they chop up for whatever reason. She was very rude about it and i am disappointed she felt very entitled to feel like she should charge people on lettuce because they dont want their lettuce chopped up and have to ask for another one hoping it isnt chopped up. Ive never had to ask for protein style lettuce and had to waste my time going back into the store to get what i asked for, and got attitude instead. I was hankering a milk shake for the past two weeks. So finally went for one.

Drive thru was a breeze. There is a couple attendants at the entrance of the drive thru line. Order was taken. Pay at first window. Pick up at next window.

In-n-out has a perfect work flow. Any business that desires success should have this kind of flow.

All employees were well trained and polite. Thank you.

As for the food, flawless. we ordered a # 3 hamburger combo with onions. All ingredients are so fresh. If you want to customize your order, learn the not so secret menu terms like "animal style" or "protein style" or "light well fries"
