I was having issues with my phone not getting or receiving text messages from certain numbers for over a year. I went to 2 stores and called customer service several times and it never got resolved. I decided to try 1 more time and was greeted by the manager Kimberly Gildersleeve. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING!! I explained what was going on and she assured me that she would get it fixed. I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 yrs, & I have never been helped or treated with as much respect as I was today. I can't believe how helpful all the employees are here. Much better than the Sprint employees. After the merger I went to very low to no bars. I was dreading the thought of having to go into the store & more thinking that I would have to buy a new phone. Chris Arrington was the absolute best!! I cannot tell you how helpful and attentive to our needs and just the overall service! She really made sure that we understood what we were looking for and walked us step by step through everything to meet our needs. I would definitely ask for her when coming to visit cause she will downright get you straight with everything you need! If I could give 20stars I would! Beautiful soul...
