Fiesta Mex Grill — Restaurant in Stanton

I come here often,atleast once a week….usually Saturday lunch with my pops, the food is always hot and fresh,I’ve had most things on the menu,tacos are awesome…had the birria today with consumè, a waitress recommended I try them and it’s sully hit or miss when it comes to birria with other spots but these were hot ,delicious and they didn’t go cheap on the meat..hands down some of the better birria in Stanton or OC area..I feel bad I’m drawing a blank on the waitresses name but she always serves me and my dad or when my family is there and she’s the most badass on point waitress there ,pretty sure she’s an OG because I always expect to see her whenever I go and I know my service is always...

Their food tastes fresh and delicious. I usually get fajitas when I go out to Mexican restaurants. Their fajitas were really good. Not greasy or dry, just right... Plus at some of the big chains the meat tastes funny like chemical tenderizes and I feel meh afterwards. NOT at Fiesta Mex grill. I came to this restuarant with my family around 6pm on a monday and we were waiting patiently for a table. Then 2 people walk in and get a table right away. The lady with curly hair in a ponytail then said that the table is only for 4 people but didn't even try being flexible with the situation and add 2 more chairs.
