Starbucks — Restaurant in Stanton

They made my drink wrong, and the WiFi wasn't working :-( Update: Dropping this down to a one star rating, I go here frequently as I live very close to it. I've been going there for three weeks and in that times they've gotten my order wrong Four times.

Today, they told me they couldn't do a Pour-Over of dark roast because they'd lost the equipment to make them. Not sure if I believe that, did someone steal it? Did they even Look for it? She told me "we don't do pour overs at this store", not 'we can't do that today, so it left me with a definite impression that they just didn't want to do it. And note, some of the employees work hard there, but there's a couple that I regularly see taking their time, being very casual and somewhat inattentive while customers are waiting. Physical aspects- it's a little small with limited seating space, there's one long table- good for students, four cushioned chairs, one small-ish handicapped table and a few small round tables. I think they could do better with the space they have, but my main complaint is other than a couple of the baristas, I don't like the service there.

Update: 8/28/'22 Went by there this evening as they were Supposed to be open, but alas, only the drive through, there was a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed. This is the third time in as many months that I've gone there to find it closed when it was...

A Reliable Coffee Haven

I'm a frequent visitor to the Starbucks on Beach Boulevard in Stanton, dropping in about 2 to 3 times a week. While I'm aware this location has its share of negative reviews, my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive.

What I appreciate most about this branch is the conducive atmosphere it offers for getting work done. The location is always clean and welcoming, a perfect spot to settle down with a laptop and a fresh cup of coffee.

The staff members here deserve a shout-out for their consistently friendly and supportive service. Regardless of how busy they might be, they always handle their duties with a smile, making each visit a pleasant experience.

My only minor issue is the volume of the music, which can sometimes be a bit loud. Nevertheless, I enjoy the selection of tracks they play, adding a lively ambience to the store.

In summary, this Starbucks location is one I highly recommend, and despite a small room for improvement regarding the music volume, it remains my go-to spot for a quality...

I am DONE with this Starbucks location. This is not the only time I have had such a horrible experience with this place and its workers. I always asked for a very simple order (venti iced coffee, sf vanilla, and EXTRA heavy cream). Sometimes it’s perfect, and others it’s absolutely horrible. They always make it with Barley any cream. Multiple times I’ve ordered it it’s been a super dark brown color and unfinished. How is it that I’m paying + leaving a tip just to receive such horrible service. Not only that but the workers at this location are always rude, if I ask them to correct my drink they give me dirty looks or give me attitude. Like today my drink looked super dark brown and I asked if it had extra heavy cream and they just said it does , but we both knew that it definitely did not. He took it back poured out ALL the ice and just splashed some more cream in it . He was not nice at all. Starbucks management...
