Upon arrival the setting is standard mexican cantina with low music playing in the backround. The server promptly brough chips and salsa and asked for our drink order. The salsa had a good flavor, but i prefer spicy slasa, this was definitely a mild.

I ordered the two hard shell birria tacos with a side of consume, both of which lacked flavor. It was a little disappointing, but they domt specialize in birria either.. if you want a solid birria taco go across the street to the birrieria.

Also please note that the 4 oz consome is an additional charge of $4.25. A taco is only 5.50 so its pricy to pay for a side of the juice the meat already sits in.. should be free in my opinion (or alot less).

I love coming to this place when I’m craving a shrimp quesadilla- just MY craving. The shrimp cocktails are good and just about anything else on the menu. I love how they cook everything thoroughly and with flavor. The wait isn’t that bad like maybe 15 minutes or so - it just depends how busy they get. Customer Service Is 4 stars because when they get busy they can barely check on you. Other than that they’re fine. Cleanliness is a 5 star. Place looks clean all the time. I went in for my lunch and I order some cheese enchiladas. Right off the bat I smelled something was off I thought maybe they used the feet smelling cheese, I had two bites and it was nasty. I asked the worker what kind of cheese they used, she said Monterey Jack. I said oh then yeah I just ate expired cheese. They made me new ones. They came out and they didn’t have that smell, but something was still off, turns out the sour cream was also expired. I couldn’t eat or enjoy my food because I got super grossed out.
