I was really disappointed with my experience at this establishment. While the food is displayed at an affordable price, the quality didn’t match the expectations. The handmade tortillas were a huge letdown cold, hard, and felt stale, almost like they were from last week. I paid an extra $8 for what turned out to be a poor-quality addition. The food itself wasn’t much better. The beef was overly salty, and the broth for dipping was super oily and overly spicy without adding any real flavor. Overall, it was not worth the cost or hype. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The girl in the front register does not know what costumer service is. Took my order with an attitude. Once my order was ready I asked if I can purchase a large Horchata. Her attitude said it all once I asked if she can charge me for one. She looked super annoyed. To top it off the Horchata has a weird bad taste to it. My mother wasn’t able to drink it at all, she said it must be expired. No complaints on the food. The food is always good. Hopefully they check the waters every morning and afternoon to make sure it’s good and not expired.

Good food. The ramen was interesting. Clearly just top ramen put in a big bowl of the beef stew. But they give you tons of meat! They don’t skimp. The quesadilla was good but a bit small. My friend and I appreciated that when you pay on the tablet the employees tell you “it will ask if you want to give a tip but you don’t have to.” Honesty is so refreshing to hear. At most places they just say “it’s going to ask you a couple questions.”

I normally don't write reviews (because to me they are a waste of time, the bad ones of course but MY WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE YET)

The customer service I received from the employee was disgusting and disappointing. The food overall was amazing but the cashier (I believe her name is Mel from the receipt,) MEL had a major attitude and took forever to take my order). I was waiting in LINE FOR 10 minutes. SHE WAS HELPING THE COOKS (which I completely understand but if your a cashier it's disgusting and unsanitary for you to be touching the money. When I was placing my order she had a major attitude and kept rolling her eyes. She WASN'T EVEN wearing a HAIR NET! NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT (HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE) I willing be reporting this to the California Department of Public Health.

I FINALLY FIND OUT WHAT THIS RUDE DISRESPECT EMPLOYEE’S NAME IS! Lusiana is the most nasty Impolite person I have ever met! I don’t usually write reviews but MY god this woman is bad with customer service, this has been the third time I have encountered LUSIANA at the birrieria in STANTON! And each TIME it has been nothing but dreadful, she gives me and other customers stuck up attitude! when I ask for a table to be cleaned she gives me a face, everytime I takeout she rushes my order, I can’t even ask for extra condiments because I already see her angry face brewing, she talks back, my friend recently encountered her as well at another location in La Puente and had the same experience. Overall the food was amazing however the customer service not so much. I’ve had enough and I’m taking my money...

I dined in today the older cashier lady had a mean attitude from the start. She took forever to take my order even though it was slow. To make matters worst my taco had 2 long and tiny black thin hairs in the cheese. I went in nicely told her, she acted like she didn’t see it until I pointed at it and had the audacity to say “no one has black hair here.” She made the cook make me another one, she didn’t apologize and the cook just placed the item there didn’t apologize or even look at me. No refund or discount was offered nor an apology. The customer service here sucks. Only person maintaining this place from collapsing is the sweet younger lady who was the only polite one who was greeting and very attentive to...
