My dad paid for the service and recommended you guys to me, but I advised him to go and get his money back and I don't think I will be bring my pc back. I brought my computer up there to see if they could possibly upgrade it to Windows 11 for me because I was having trouble trying to do it. My computer was there for almost three weeks not a word until my dad went up there to check on it. They said they didn't have a lot of help at the time, which is fine, but my dad picked it up for me just to find out they couldn't upgrade it to Windows 11 and they said they updated the drivers. I feel like I should've received a call saying that the job I was asking for them to do couldn't have been completed, and no nothing was changed or updated on my pc because when I plugged it in and got on it, I had to update them myself which I do all the time and didn't ask them to do either. Very disappointed and my father shouldn't have paid $95 for them to do nothing to my computer and not even communicate with me.

Their prices for services are more than reasonable, but more importantly their service is quick, friendly and they are super knowledgeable about what they do. I feel safe and at peace trusting them for any and all problems. And they even went above and beyond when my business laptop died. Luke brought me a loaner laptop, backed up all my old stuff on an external hard drive and let me borrow both till my new pc was ready! Wow! AA+ service! Calling Micro Computer Plus, I was given a $45 quote for data retrieval and asked how much it would be if they failed to retrieve the data and was told it would be "less". Asked the tech who took my device and was told about the $45 "bench fee" and again asked how much if they fail - it would be "less". Get called back after a couple of hours and told they could do nothing with it and that the charge is $45.
