Latitudes Fair Trade Store — Local services in Staunton

Story time. Anna and all of the staff at Latitudes in Staunton are wonderful. I was visiting Staunton with my sister and mother about a month ago when we saw the cutest giraffee bookends. My sister LOVES giraffes so I bought them for her. TSA stopped her and refused to allow her to take them in her carryon and we didnt have time to check the bag so she had to basically just leave them sitting on a TSA agent desk at the Richmond VA airport. We were all so upset. My husband contacted Anna and she went out of her way to try and get in touch with the company that made the bookends so we could repurchase them. Unfortunately they were no longer making them...so we couldnt get a replacement. The effort and care given to us by Anna and the whole team at Latitudes was beyond amazing.
