Rude guy behind the counter, simply carried my vape in my hand while walking to the store after vaping outside during the festival in Staunton, I have never used nicotine products inside of any store, not sure why he thinks his is an exception to me but before even fully entering the store, my friend (who does not vape nor had a vape) and I were aggressively approached, by a very loud and angry gentleman behind the counter and told to leave the store. I am not sure what emotional issues may be at play in this situation considering a previous review states he gave a separate customer a very hard time for purchasing tobacco. I am assuming this guy has had a previous tobacco addiction and now may be prejudice to any customers that even simply carry a vape or pack of cigarettes into this establishment. Seek counseling for anger management, to ask a customer to leave due to inaccurate preconceived notions is one thing, but to verbally attack a customer for lifestyle choices is a whole other emotional issue. I recently visited this store with my partner, hoping to browse and purchase some items. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter with the man behind the counter, who raised his voice at my partner for seemingly no reason. I was visiting Staunton and decided to check this place out and omg this place is so fantastical. The products were so beautiful, unqiue, and reasonably priced! It's a simple shop but the atmosphere felt like I was in a magical fantasy novel. They had this cute little riddle game that was great for visitors like us to be familiar with the other local stores.
