Absolutely my favorite vape shop hands down. All of the employees are super helpful and just have a good vibe to them. And they always have from what I've seen the best prices around on just about everything they sell. If not a better price, which most are like I said, then it's at most the same as their competitors on some things but you get a lot better experience. They give you room, but there if you have questions, and they are straight up with you. I recently went in as I've been stricken to a wheel chair for months after an accident, and one employee would name off all the flavors of every brand I was interested in and helped me find what I was wanting in the end, and seemed to actuallu enjoy helping me, which you don't find often in these places. I would most certainly recommend checking these guys out if you haven't yet, I did and they got a loyal customer here. I've tried hitting other vape shops when I was out of town or had to for convenience sake, and still ended up waiting until I could go see them at the Greenville Ave store to get my vapes and stuff. Only vape shop i’ll ever go to in Staunton. Prices are better than anywhere else i’ve seen, i trust their products & their staff is genuinely the best smoke shop staff i’ve ever experienced. Today I went in because i had lost the top to my vape mod & the guy who helped me (who i think owns the shop) immediately helped me clean my vape mod since juice had been leaking & helped me for like 15min because I hadn’t known how to properly take care of a vape (had only been using disposables prior) and didn’t make me feel dumb or bad for not knowing at all, really good guy. The younger staff are also always so cheery and helpful & it’s genuinely my favorite smoke shop I’ve been to. The owner is ripping people off. I have been here multiple times and have spent hundreds of dollars and when they sold me a product that was $100 and when I get home it's empty, I take it back and they will do no returns, the owner is ripping people off and all of their pieces are on temu, cheap products from cheap people. Furthermore, this is the 3 time that I have went into this shop and have been ripped off. Today Tuesday November 12th 2024 I purchased a product from here and it was empty upon reaching home. Instead of trying to cover yourselves, maybe reach out and try to make it right. As a patron of your business and for this to happen again months after the last time is unacceptable.
