“Forgot” to put our son’s 10th Birthday party in their system!!!! Ill start by saying we’ve come here a few times in the past few months. Our son wanted to have his 10th Birthday party here. We called the first time to be told “we’re too busy to do this right now”…ok fine. We called back the following week and spoke to the manager, I won’t name names. He tried to tell us again”we’re too busy right now but I’ll write it down and put you in the system” ok great! We called a few days later to confirm we made it in the system… yes. Mind you we invited about 23 people to the party. We even had someone confirm IN PERSON that we were scheduled. My wife called the day of to see what time we could arrive to set up. The person she spoke to was super confused because guess what…”we don’t have you on our schedule, could it be under this name or this name?” They offered to allow us 5 lanes and “refuse” walk in’s or they could “rush other parties out” why would we want that for someone else!? I can’t believe they even offered to do that!! Obviously, we didn’t take them up on that very rude unprofessional offer. We were left having a celebration in our small home with 23 people. Certainly will NOT be coming here anymore. I would recommend...

5/19/18. Really? Are you freaking kidding me? Saturday night around 8pm. Only one person working behind the shoe counter?! Young man struggling behind the counter. Two older women in the "kitchen" just watching. Huge line at the door, people cutting, and the struggling gentlemen was just checking the people out. I mean a long line of people checking out. Outs one pair of shoes away at a time! Losing shoes, for real, it was a half hour hold on everything because he couldn't fine a grey converse! Desperately asking for help one of the ladies finally steps in....just to become lost in the madness and even more confused than the shoes themselves. I honestly hope that nobody in the rest of my entire lifetime asks me to join them in bowling in Staunton again.! Next time, I'll just knock the dust off of the old outdated WII and have people over....

Paid for 2 hours 6-8 . Got there 15 minutes early...but had a few folks who got it line for shoes. Computers went down. 630pm finally all had shoes.... asked at 600 for bumpers to be removed from lanes. 640 bumpers finally removed. Paid for 2 hours...got 1.5 (if) of the time we paid for...lane still cut off at 8pm sharp. BAD MANAGEMENT here!! $130 dollars for 8 people and 2 lanes when only 4 got to bowl the 2 hours and 30 minutes of that we had bumpers we didn't want. The other for only got 1.5 hours and 20 minutes of that was bumpers we didn't want. I'll go elsewhere where we can pay per game and get what...
