Beware! Cheats and Scammers!! Went in for a repair on my necklace! The spring ring was broken. The man told me it would be $30 to fix it. He took my necklace to the back came out 5 min later. He said he is only going to charge me $25. Later after putting my pendant on the chain, I realized this wasn’t my chain I gave him to fix! It was a replica of mine , but lighter and thinner! Went back to confront him and the man became very defensive, while the other gentleman was likely aware this happens, cause he was trying to get to the bottom of it! However the man who worked on my chain wouldn’t allow him to! Horrible People! I was trying to support them during these unprecedented times , and I got scammed! Shame!...

The lady that owns and works there is just horrible. The fact that she responded to one of he customers review very rudely is just insane. As an owner and someone who works with with customers you definitely need to be better and more understanding and not rude. Your writing also shows that you don’t have much of education spelling is horrible wording is horrible. Either hire someone to do reviews for you or just don’t do it !!
