Highest Honor — Local services in Troy

This was my first experience with Highest Honor and I must admit that I was extremely impressed with the level of attention they gave to my order. I wasn’t really sure of exactly what I wanted to order when I reached out to them as my list of items included needs for employees, peers, customers and myself. I was familiar with Dianne from working with her as she held a Marketing role in another company where we worked together and she’d always done a phenomenal job supporting me and the organization in that role. However, I’d not worked with her since she’d been at Highest Honor. I must say that reaching out to her was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while. Dianne was able to listen to my needs/target list and came back with some fantastic suggestions in less than 24 hours. Her attention to details related to my order exceeded my expectations as she actually captured small, but important things that I hadn’t thought about and remembered things related to my final order that I had forgotten. The turnaround time on my order literally blew me away! Particularly considering the environment we’re operating in today relative to supply and shipping. Lastly, the quality of the items provided put the icing on the cake for me! Not only will I be using Highest Honor for my work and personal needs going forward…I will be placing an order with them very soon to accommodate requests from different ministries at my church. For years I’ve been accused of being extremely picky when it comes to quality and value. I’ll accept that criticism, but let’s just say that I “picked” the right one...

Just a "Wow Experience" I needed to get one novelty shirt made for pickleball

But there is so much more to the story ~ review than a shirt, its the people I met along the way.

In May I was playing rec pickleball, met a very kind soul , named Jenny. Found out she works here, she said we engrave , embroider , silkscreen and personalize almost anything.

She shared the # and location, which i saved for a rainy day, June 2025, I stopped in with my graphic & a shirt.

This place is amazing, any & every item you would ever need to make a one in a million personalized gift. Beyond sports trophies, varsity jackets, they offer a wide array of graduation & wedding gift ideas.

Of course , Jenny was there to greet us and show us around, Luanne , was able to make my PDF graphic come to life , via an email from my daughter in another state. Jeff & Dianne , welcomed me as well, did not get to meet Dad ,Herb on this visit. But for decades his handprint is obvious, on this lovely mom & pop business.

Yes as mentioned, they processed a very small order, One Shirt. But have no fear, they can handle any size order with the same care.

We recently ordered Awards from Highest Honor for an event we produced for veteran organizations, which included 3 VA's in southeastern Michigan, Veteran Organizations, Veteran Service Organizations and for Staff from MDHHS. Highest Honor surpassed our expectations and the response from the audience and the recipients, indicated they did as well. The recipient from the VA in Detroit said it would be proudly displayed in their main lobby and it was beautiful. One of the staff from MDHHS said it was the nicest and prettiest of any award he had ever received. All of the recipients were pleased with the awards. We wanted this event to be special, to celebrate the deep respect and love we have for our veterans; the work we do on their behalf, and the job Highest Honor did on the awards expressed it perfectly.
