Noya Bazaar — Local services in Sterling Heights

I am writing this message for the store owner on behalf of my husband, Thanbir Ahmed. His account is not fake. He is a well-known person in the Bangladeshi community, so please don't address him as a fake person. So please ask around and see who Thanbir Ahmed is!!!!! I was there with my husband and witness what was happening. This is not the 1st time he was at Noya Bazer. We shop in all the Bangladeshi stores and never encountered this before. We are very unpleasant with the service we received from Noya Bazar.

For everyone who is wondering what my husband wrote on his message is this:

"This place should receive “0” star. This place has no organization , i waited 20 min on the line to pay for my hot food items. Some guy came out of nowhere and skipped everyone and bought all the hot items food. Keep in mind there are people waiting on line for 20 min. This place does not have any rules or regulations. Stay away as much as you can. Their customer service is the worst of the worst they treat their customers as a salve. Please stay away from the horrible place,...

This store generally offers very fresh and high-quality products. I really like their selection - fresh and frozen meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, rice, snacks, drinks, and more.

The food court also has a great variety of options at reasonable prices. But what truly stands out is how clean the store is, along with the reasonable pricing, wide range of products, and very friendly customer service.

Plus, it’s in a convenient location in Sterling Heights.

This is our go to for all of our bengali shopping. We been coming here pretty much from the time they opened. The prices are high but where isn't it? Everything has gone up everywhere and you can't expect hamtramck prices because there paying the Sterling Heights prices! I can understand 50 cents or even a dollar but nothing is more than that or my wife and I wouldn't be shopping here. Their customer service is also really good. We even get the hot food from time and their fried chicken and tandoori chicken...
