Try to exchange Christmas presents with tags still on everything the attitude and rudeness from the managers is unreal never seen it before my life they treated me as if I was a criminal like I stole my Christmas presents and went up there to exchange them for ones that fit me they refuse to return any of my items told me to take my stuff and leave call district district told them let me go in there and get a gift card like all the other stores that you Nationwide so the manager proceeds to give me the bottom number on all of my items $200 pair of boots I get $148 a $50 jacket I get $37 on $40 wallet I got $36 for the pants didn't have a price on the tag so I'm not sure how much I got ripped off on that one but it was anywhere from $80 to $100 I got robbed out of my Christmas presents because the managers wanted to be rude and nasty and not follow the company policy which makes no sense to me they asked me who bought my Christmas presents so they can run that person's name against their credit card machine and I told them they do isn't from their store they were mailed to me for a Christmas present I've never heard of somebody asking you who bought you your Christmas presents when you try to return them to get ones that fit you or just to exchange them for a different jacket I've never heard of anyone doing that they robbed me of...

I’ve never had any problems here, just a couple of complaints! Like when you go to the cash register, it’s really annoying that they ask for your rewards card because ours doesn’t work in the system anymore so there’s no point in asking anymore! And to be honest, if I had one that worked and I wanted to use it, I would! Also, in the recent past, I bought a bag of dog food and they handed me a $5 mail in rebate! I don’t normally do those because a lot of times they are for a dollar and I’m not going to put a .50 stamp on it to get a dollar! But this one was for $5 so I went ahead and sent it in! It used to be that when you sent those in, they would send you a check! Nope, this time I got a card that said that it was an in store coupon to use for your next purchase! That irritated me because I don’t have a problem with it being an in store coupon, but if you are going to make it an in store coupon then make it an in store coupon for at the time of purchase! And don’t give me a load of crap that it somehow comes from the manufacturer because the store gets reimbursed from the manufacturer with coupons that are sent out in the mail and newspapers! Not that I use those either but don’t make me wait weeks for an in store...

Love this place! It's a shopping trip my son & I can share & really both enjoy. There's a bit of everything we could want or need from work clothes for him, to pet supplies, to my all time favorite licorice all sorts. We always enjoy looking & usually find something we didn't even know we "needed" The clothing is really nice for hard workers because it's comfortable yet durable. I love being able to buy a little something nice for everyone in the family including our pets when we visit. Plus they carry things I used to have to order online as no one had it locally but now I don't have to wait on or pay extra for shipping which is nice. Great selection & the prices are on par with other similar retailers but they do offer really nice sales pretty regularly which puts them a step ahead in my book. The staff is very friendly & helpful. They seem quite knowledgeable about their products which I really appreciate because I know I'll always get the help I need. All in all it's one of my favorite...
