Buckle — Local services in Sterling

So I went in the store today for the first time in the two years I've lived down the street from it. Granted, they close were super cute and reasonable and praises. I did spend more money on a pair of shoes than I've ever spent in my life. $175 to be exact. The young lady who helped me was OK. At least she tried to be personable. Unlike the girl on the phone. And I quote if the shoes show up???? She also might want to Consider using the word goodbye before she hangs the phone up on you. I'll definitely not go in there and spend another $200 on a single item. (Mind you, I had my eyes on more than A few items) And that is Purely based on their customer service. As I Also work in customer servicee myself. And even If I'm not feeling it, I know how to fake it when necessary. It's unfortunate considering there's only one store in town. Where I can buy the things that I find adorable? But I'll just go out of town next time. SMH!! I guess here's to hoping my $200...
