We usually use the kiosk to do our orders ourselves. We were last there on August 24, 2024, at 6:24 p.m. as you can see in the pic attached, my husband ordered the grilled cheese burrito bell bundle. His chalupa Supreme was to have no tomatoes and no Lettuce, the cantina chicken soft taco was to have no Lettuce and no Pico de Gallo. When we received our order, both of the items had everything on them he asked to be removed, and he was missing his cinnamon twists. When I went up to the counter to get it corrected the lady working, (I would give you a name if I had one, but no one I dealt with had name badges on) kept walking by, she went to the back where the food is prepared then finally came to me and asked in a very snotty tone, "what do you need?" I told her what the problem was and she started arguing with me and telling me that the items he requested to be removed aren't on the items we ordered then stated that there shouldn't be an issue with them. I then opened both packages to show her the items and prove to her that the Lettuce, tomato, and Pico de Gallo were, in fact, on there. She was super snotty and said well....I can't accept those back. She stared at me for a bit then I asked if we could please get them corrected and also get our cinnamon twists. She said in a very snotty tone, well...I suppose we could remake them, then she walked off over towards the drive thru. A minute or so later, she went to the food prep area and very snotty told the 2 ladies there that I needed some things remade. She couldn't remember what I needed so I told them, I needed 1 chalupa supreme with no tomato and no Lettuce, then 1 cantina chicken soft taco with no Lettuce and no Pico do gallo, and an order of cinnamon twists. The lady that helped me at the counter walked off back over to the drive thru, then came back over to the food prep area, quietly said something to the ladies making our items, then they all looked up at me smirking. Shortly after that, one of the ladies making the order held up a bunch of purple cabbage while shaking her hand back and forth she rudely and loudly shouted, "Do you want this?" I told her "yes, please." They stuffed both items in a bag and brought it up to the counter and dropped the bag on the counter. I looked at her and said thank you, but we still need our cinnamon twists. She grabbed a bag and gave it to me. I then left the counter. There was never a sorry we messed up, or sorry for the mix-up, just the employees being rude and snarky. Great customer service you have going on in this establishment...while this is a small issue to me, to your business it is not. If this is the way your employees are treating customers, it won't be long before the doors close again to this...
Read moreI dont like leaving bad reviews but this isn't the first time I've had problems with this location but I'll make sure it's the last time. I usually order the #6 beef supreme (2chicken chalupas, sub beef) after about 4 times getting chicken I decided to complain. Ever since that day my taco on the side has always been crushed.
So now I decide to change my order up so they don't purposely crush my taco. Last night I went thru and ordered the #2 (three soft taco supremes) the total was 7.48 , I payed 20.48, I was supposed to receive 13.00 back. Never got my change and conveniently the receipt machine was down.
I complained to the manager and told him that I live in my van and I don't have time to deal with all this nonsense. He then counted the drawer and told me the drawer was correct. I reassured him that I never received change.
The manager was nice enough to pay out of his pocket my change back, which I appreciated and thanked him for. I told him that he needs to watch the camera though because I 100% never received my change from the person at the window.
(Purely assuming) Two people were at the window talking. I'm not going to accuse them of trying to steal my money because they seemed like nice ladies. However, I believe they got distracted by conversion and closed the drawer. Instead of accepting that, they decided to claim they gave me my change. I had to threaten to call the police and I only had about 26 bucks on me before I spent the money on the meal. So I told them I live in my van and I would have the cops search my van for the money that they claimed they gave me.
Now to today. I had a redeem code for a 5 dollar box. It was supposed to have a chalupa, a hard taco, a burrito and a large drink. They told me that the meal only came with a medium drink and gave me the box missing the burrito. I told them that I was supposed to have a burrito with it as well. I then had to wait again and the lady pretty much tossed the bag into my van and said have a good day then slammed the window.
Nearly everytime I visit this place there is a super long wait and it seems as if everyone inside is just partying. I have worked fast food and in restaurants for many years and I know it is not that hard. It cam get stressful dealing with bad customers but overall the job isn't that hard.
I urge this location to get people employees or a better store manager. This is not how a business is supposed to be ran. Everytime I go there I always try to treat the employees with respect, like I said, I understand how stressful it is.
Something needs to change and it needs to change fast. You guys won't make it much longer this way and I can guarantee that.
I wish you all the best but please,...
Read moreVery disappointed with everything and every employee working the night we came to this Taco Bell. The gentleman taking orders at the drive thru had no idea how to run the register, take orders and he was extremely slow. The other lady employees weren't much help either. We arrived at 6:38pm, we ordered at 6:47pm, we than sat in line because you can't get out of line once your there. At 7:13 we got to the window and at 7:15 the gentleman opened the window and asked if we had gotten our order yet. When we told him no he closes the window and stares at the other employees. He finally gives us our order but forgot the drinks. So we sat there a minute longer and than hr opens the window and asked if we got our drinks and asked for payment. He ran our card, hands it back and still forgets our drinks. I mention it to him and he asked what we had ordered. We told him again and he produces a soda that my husband ordered but not the water I ordered. He looks at me like I am pulling his leg. So I than ask for a receipt and he says sure. He than asks if there was anything else and my husband starts to mention my water and I cut him off and said we were done. That was 7:25 pm. I than decide to do the survey and put my complaints on there and all I have is a blank piece of receipt paper. Oh did I mention I live in Nebraska and was traveling through Sterling, CO. That is one stop I will AVOID...
