Family Food Market — Local services in Sterling

Family food Mart was a lovely little place for an out-of-towner, my wife and I are just here visiting. And it definitely has like a small-time feel to it, more so than Walmart. I didn't happen to be very busy there but I did a quick walk through you'll have to forgive my videos I didn't realize I was moving quite too fast. As far as customer experience has asked once if you know I needed help and probably look like I was aimlessly wandering around the store I was really just there for some sodas. Had a pretty okay time at the cash register and the parking lot definitely wasn't packed at the moment, imagine it gets there. Big improvement thanks new owners Is the sterlings hometown grocery store. They have wonerful meats at resonable prices and have awesome sales. Their employees are definatly there to serve their community. They give special help to the blind and handicap and love to give help to their shopping needs. They have a very talnted tight knit team. You go to walmart you feel like a serial number you go to family food mart is like coming to the family grocrery store with many smiles and all have huge hearts and there to help. The customer service at this market is always meritorious, (deserving praise, reward, esteem, etc.; praiseworthy). I am greeted with a warm welcome when I walk in the store and if I need help, I can always find someone that is genuinely happy to help. It appears that the employees value their customers and truly recognize that their job depends on their customers, now there’s a quality you don’t see often anymore and I don’t know about you but that should be the standard in business today.
