My 94 year old Mom was completely locked out of her computer. After a bad experience with a different company we called Terry who was awesome. Terry went to her home and picked up the computer, texted with me every step of the way as to what the problem was and what he was doing to solve, stayed in contact with Mom, then delivered the computer back to her and took the time to show her how to access the shortcuts he'd set up to make things easier and less confusing for her. Terry was good enough to allow me to edit my book "The Sterling Encounter" on one of his computers right there in his shop. The book was published in 2013 and a copy was donated to the Sterling library. Terry is as much a part of the community that he serves as he is a Friend to all who know him....
