I took my laptop in for a repair on the hinge and some broken wires. Although I am happy I got my laptop back and it works in some ways again I'm disappointed in a few things. I was told it would be a total of $250 and I would be given a new keyboard for free and that the bottom would be replaced since the hinge broke and the piece that covers the wires isn't there anymore and I was like ok cool I'm just happy it can be fixed so I put $100 down. After a while it's finally ready and I'm so excited to receive it again but then I get highly disappointed because one I didn't get a new keyboard, two I was told I would get a discount and didn't (my dad got my laptop for me because I was unable to go get it and the guy tells my dad the totally was $175 left and that it is a discount because the total was $280 totally not what I was told! Now I find out the sound on my laptop is messed up. When I Skype my girlfriend she cannot hear me without headphones and recently she can't even hear me with headphones. I will not be returning here and now I have to go spend more money than I wanted to. I'm a college student so this is very hard on my finances. Also my moms tablet got fixed here and her sound doesn't work...

The customer service was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful! We went in with the phone in horrible condition. Our galaxy s7 edge had a cracked screen, the back of the phone was also cracked, a missing lock button, and a messed up LCD. Our intention was just fixing the cracked screen and LCD since so many OTHER places were charging me OVER $400 for just the screen and the OTHER places told me that they would have it ready in a week or two. DR PHONE REPAIR gave us the greatest deal ever! They fixed the LCD, the cracked screen, the cracked back, and the missing lock button for a great price that was lower than what other places were charging for JUST the screen AND they had it ready in a few hours! I definitely RECOMEND that you get any phone repairs here! They were even able to drop the phone off once it was ready since we went almost during closing time. We took our HTC on 24th of February. The owner promised to keep us posted and have the phone ready within a week. He said he had to order the part and when it came in TWO weeks later it was defected. He made the same broken promises and ordered a new screen. Come to realize he was ordering from China to save money and causing extended time in delivery. We went to his store and we're upset about the lack of communication, broken promises, and demanded a refund. Every time we brought a valid reasoning he made an excuse and tried to blame us! He finally agreedecided to refund but he was to keep a portion of the money. We can to a compromise but we will never go back.
