My recent visit to Xurro was an experience worth sharing, as it offered a distinct take on the classic churro that pleasantly surprised me. Specially finding a new location to get churros in Burbank. been here and to multiple different locations in the past and have always had a great experience. this last time was a different story though. my sister had gotten a Horchata Churro Milkshake and was saying it tasted weird, rotten even. I tasted it and smelled it and it smelled rotten, tasted even worse so I decided to go back for a remake if possible. When I told them my problem the girl gave me the nastiest look ever and took the drink, and very loudly to everyone else “it doesn’t smell weird to me.” She then repeated this, again very loudly, a couple more times. She offered to remake it which I was grateful for. While remaking it, the other girls working were tasting the horchata she was using and very loudly again, “it tastes fine to me.” When getting the new milkshake she said with an attitude, “we used the same things.” My sister tasted it and again it tasted rotten and disgusting. Clearly the girl didn’t care about quality and we didn’t want to cause a scene so we just left. It’s so disappointing because I’ve been to other locations and never had this problem. I remember churros were delicious growing up but I don't remember them being this good. The churros smore' are intoxicated delicious 😋. The only con is that I wish they had arroz de leche churros (make them like the smores) that will make me want to be there all the times. The thing I like best of this place is that the customer service is TOP NOTCH! If you don't agree than it's a you problem because this young ladies are ALWAYS greeting with a smile and are very respectful.Yes, I seen customers that have zero patience and demand stuff.
