I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this place customer service sucks. I ordered Birria and it was horrible, I specifically told the lady on the phone I like my birria with a lot of juice (consume) and she says ok no problem all of our birria comes with juice. I get home and they gave me this nasty dried out meat with no juice at all, I couldn’t go back because by that time they were closed. I called the next day only to get an attitude from a lady saying that birria is supposed to be dry, huge lie!! I know birria very well, it’s never dry!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! I will never go back! The old lady that answers the phone is so rude and has no professionalism whatsoever! Whoever hired her needs to re-think her position. I ordered a Chile relleno taco and they gave me 1/3 of the chile. I have NEVER seen such foolishness! Everywhere you go they give you a full chile, but they sure charged me for a whole one. I tried this place earlier in the year and it was really good. I had steak tacos and my bf had the chicken torta. Everything was hot and delicious. I was in the area on 11/15/18 so I decided to get some steak tacos. The place was not crowded. After taking the first bite of my steak taco I could tell something wasn’t right.
