The manger of the march lane location is super rude &. Definitely on her little high horse when it comes to managing this store.. I think Marshallâs needs FAIR & NICE employee running their store / my issue today was I was asking an employee about an item I was asking & WANTING TO BUY & just ONE not 3/4 of the SAME ITEM. Evidently I had to LEAVE the store; because the manger cut the head off a NEW EMPLOYEE for telling me YES the items ARE back there. & the manger came to me &. Bold face lied to my face &. Said no there isnât⌠& told the employee to follow suit &. With spending 15 minutes as the next person in line while all of you talk to the employee cashing out ONE item while youâre hacking about partying with a minor and hopeful of higher paychecks to come. Scenario: 2 people in front of me in line 4 people working at the customer service check out line, 2 registers open. THE ONLY one doing her job, was courteous, speedy, nice helped 3 people including myself; in the time the other 3 were still cashing out the person 2 ahead of me in line.    Read moreI don't recommend this Marshalls just for the pure fact of how uncomfortable I felt shopping there. I understand that it is in Stockton and there is high theft, but I felt like I was being interrogated every time I was going into the fitting room. The Asian lady who was working the fitting rooms approached me pretty aggressive, after I had walked out of the fitting room. She asked me where my fitting room number was, and I told her I didn't have one...I was standing there for about 5 minutes and nobody came so I walked in the room and try to clothes on. She grabs for the clothes in my hand and I back off telling her she is being ridiculous and had she been doing her job in the first place I wouldn't have had to walk in without a room number and then she continues to try to yell at me over it.
