Ordered the shrimp and pork rolls and a pho beef soup with all the beef options.
Shrimp and pork rolls were a surprising quantity, four complete rolls, cut into halves. Eight pieces.
The pho was disappointing. Broth was tasty, but not hot, noodles were a clump and cold, and two of the five beef participants were a no-show, soft tendon and fatty brisket were completely missing with no explaination. Yes, some of us know our pho, surprise.
I could understand that, but I got the feeling that the cooks didn't think much of their patrons. This was a poor showing, and explains the lack of customers when they should be packed (Sunday dinner).
The broth was great though, the vegitibles appeared top quality, it just looks to be a lack of commitment by the staff.

It took forever to get our bill so we walked up to the register and rang the bell. It still took a few minutes before someone came out to ring us up. If it wasn't for the cleanliness factor and the wait for the bill, I'd be inclined to give a 4 or 5...
