Quail Lakes Shopping Center — Local services in Stockton

The store side and employees are fine and I’ve never had an issue with them however, on the pharmacy side…(the side with the highest paid and most educated) they are more often than not unprofessional, dismissive, inept, unhelpful and surprisingly opinionated (in a bad way). I’ve had one pharmacist give me a notice regarding the risks of abusing medication after I tried to fill a monthly prescription after 27 days instead of 30. I’ve had a pharmacist refuse to fill a prescription for pain medication because they said I’d never been prescribed it before and that I was “opioid naive”. I let them know that I had been prescribed that same medication (dosing and strength) two and a half years earlier. Then they said “so, you aren’t opioid naive and know the risks for taking this medication” and then said they were now denying to fill it because they thought the prescription was written for too many pills. But told me to come a different day and maybe another pharmacist might want to fill it. They give excuses, site personal opinions as “just following policy” but when you press them for clarification or negate their stance, they come up with a new answer. They get the customers to the point where we start getting agitated and annoyed because there is nothing we can do. Multiple times I have had pills missing from my bottles, don’t have enough in stock to fill my prescription, tell me the time my prescriptions will be ready and when I show up they need more time, don’t have a manager on staff at the moment and can’t do certain...

You know honesty, I can't really remember why I came to the shopping center, though I don't think it was for anything particular. My mother was having a doctor's appointment that was going a bit long and since I had the car I decided to go on a little walk around. Stockton, will drive around since I had the car lol. The CVS is ok but the pharmacy dept is terrible- it's filthy, my Dr sent 3 prescriptions but they claim only 1 was sent. Had to call Dr back 2 times to resend prescriptions. While waiting, heard another customer going through the same thing. And while waiting, the pharmacist in the back came to the front counter and insisted that I sit down but I refused.
