Pacific Avenue Bowl — Local services in Stockton

Since January of 2025 I have visited this bowling alley 3 times all have been a very bad experience I have called prior to going and was ensured by the person answering the phones that there are lanes available the older man who works the desk every time his customer service is a 0 very rude even in front of my children every time we can not play or he will only give us 15-30 mins to play than he says we have to leave he has even told me he is closing when it’s not even time to close yet and has charged me way over what the prices at the time should be it’s almost like this man is the most miserable person on this earth and like if he hates his job and hates people maybe he should be put as a house keeper to clean toilets to avoid dealing...

Worst experience I ever had. Ya the bowling is great but the customer service is terrible. ESPECIALLY in the snack bar. I was in a great mood and went into the snack bar. Behind the counter was 3 miserable rude ladies. They had the worst attitude. The one who took my order was the most rudest person I have EVER encountered. She ruined my good mood. She kept giving dirty looks and responded to my questions like I was stupid. I would love to come back here and bowl but I will not be returning here due to the rude lady in the snack bar. Has to be one of the most poorly maintained bowling alleys in the region. Bathroom walls covered in graffiti, mucus and fecal matter. Roof leaks just get worse and worse. On a rainy day there’s towels everywhere. Lockers fill with water. Ceiling tiles have so many stains looking like leopard print. Lanes are the dryers around, even the night leagues can’t have oil. They let the public bowl on lanes prepped for league. And if you complain or mention any of the issues, they just attacked you and get an attitude.
