Binge Vietnamese Fusion — Restaurant in Stockton

Found this place through a very happy accident and wow will most absolutely be coming back. I was thrilled to see they were part of the Stockton Vegan Chef Challenge and got the banh xeo tacos which were delicious and I am obsessed with their taco shell which was like nothing I’d ever had before, crunchy and I think beautifully colored with just a highlight of turmeric maybe. Great, bright peppery flavors and perfect sauce. We also had the hamachi kama that was so artistically presented as well as off the charts good. We also shared the truffle fries which were decent but maybe the fries were just a touch overdone for our liking, though the truffle sauce was good although maybe we could have used a little more. I’m sure they would have given us more if we asked for it, our service was swift and extremely friendly.

The restaurant itself is really aesthetically pleasing inside. I love the open high ceiling and the giant open roll door to the very nice patio seating and couches which was especially nice on a lovely early evening. Everything was pristinely immaculately clean which is something I extra love.

Let me start out bye saying we have been here 3 times and every time we go we get the soft shell crab and deep fryed frog legs also the garlic noodles and raw oysters now let me tell you those frog legs are amazing they are out of this world good great excellent you won't be sorry and you you have never eaten frog legs are must try the only bad thing is that once you have had them from here you will only want them from here they are that good the soft shell crab and garlic noodles and oysters are great as well again we get the raw oysters and if you never had them i put a little Tabasco lemon salt and i mean they are good we also had deep fryed tofu i though I was great this maybe more for vegans and last we had octopus it was OK but very tuff the service is great restaurant very very clean including restrooms very clean they have full bar and yes if you have guest we will be going back again and again next time I think I...

First time here and the food was outstanding. We didn’t know they have happy hour so we were pleasantly surprised by the prices. We ordered the Banh Mi Fries (fries with grilled pork, veg and spicy sauce) were absolutely delicious. The pork was very flavorful and well cooked. The fried artichokes were also part of happy hour. The dipping sauce set off the flavor in the breading used to fried the artichokes. For entrees we had the lobster roll (with house aioli sauce). A very unique take on a New England classic. The lobster was fresh and tender. The fried rice dish with fried egg and Chinese sausage was a star dish. Excellent flavors all around. Eric was a very accommodating and helpful server. The atmosphere is beautiful. When we arrived they were playing country music which didn’t fit the vibe, but it was later changed (thankfully) to something more fitting. Can’t wait...
