I will start off by saying, if nothing more, the PRICES š° were VERY reasonable; so, "IF" we were to return (which more than likely we won't) that would be the only reason.
The place was tidy, and that was cool, especially for a warehouse location.
There was a young man who was beyond helpful š (even though they didn't have what we were looking for). His "politeness and customer service" made the experience bearable. Whatever STARS I gave were STRICTLY for HIM (and the prices) āŗ
The person (who I am assuming was upper management) is the reason that we probably won't return. HER lack of customer service & knowledge of products was alarming š¤
The "FOLLOWING US AROUND" was crazy!! She asked me THREE times if I needed help with anything...like we had NOT just had "THE SAME" conversation minutes earlier. Each time it felt like she was seeing me for the first time š³...talk about just going through the motions š
Then finally at checkout, she became LOUD & RUDE to my husband while he was helping load our items into the car. It was all really irritating because no one truly knew what they were doing. Hopefully they were just having a bad day, who knows š¤·

The no refund policy was not disclosed when I bought it so the day after I came back to return it but they were not willing to refund me. They said it's my fault cause I checked the tub and approved it, but I was not aware of those missing parts and didn't know it was something additional that I needed to check. In the store they presented it as a full ready to go tub and not as a tub for parts. I left the tub in the store without getting my money back. Drove 45 minutes one way to pick them up only to find they didn't have them at all. Browsed and picked up a ceiling fan/light and got it home to discover it was missing the glass globes. Given that it was only $10 off retail and I now have to source $13 in replacement parts I don't plan to return or give any future business. Long wait times to ask anybody for help and nobody seems to know where anything is or...
