I am giving Juicy crab Stonecrest a ONE STAR because I don not see a question for safety?¿? On Sunday 11/2/25 . I was sexually Harassed and touched inappropriately by another customer. What started off as general conversation turned in to a traumatic experience for me. Not one staff member notice that I was uncomfortable and needed help. When things began to get bad, I kept looking for assistance. I could not discreetly get anyone’s attention. Everyone was working and think I was ok with the disgusting things happening. Until final I was able to catch eye contact with two young ladies. I MOUTHED HELP! And one of them acted immediately and helped me escaped. I watched staff move about, and none made eye contact, all assuming I guess I was a willing participant in the man’s behavior.
I was touched. My ear was licked. Twice! As he faked getting up from the bar. Most are gonna say why didn’t I do this or that and I can only say when a man is as aggressive as he was I felt trapped! Scarred to let him know I was gesturing for help. He aggressively grab my hand so many times when I pulled them back. Leaving alone didn’t seem safe Women are killed/ beat up for not willingly given up there phone numbers.
Staff need to be trained to watch for signs especially from women who come in alone. It’s hard to think straight when you in that position. I saw a male staff member on his phone, never once looked my way. All I know is I was violated and that’s not ok. Once a woman says no! That’s it!! No and stop is a full sentence!

Read moreNot returning. We have been to other locations for Juicy Crab, as well as other restaurants just like it that go by different names… and this is the very first time we have come across a restaurant that serves crab legs but does NOT have the proper utensils for crab legs! After our food was brought to us, we had to ask for crab leg crackers and forks, and despite the restaurant being mostly empty, our server brought us one cracker and said it was the last they had, so we would have to share. We asked another server for forks since our server only brought the cracker, and were given two plastic forks… that do absolutely nothing to help open crab legs to access the meat. Every other restaurant like this has enough crackers for all their guests on a busy night and has either the crab picks or seafood forks, or both… not here. It is a seriously poor business model to not provide patrons with the proper utensils for eating the meals a restaurant serves. The service was average, not bad but not great- my only complaint about the actually server is my biggest pet peeve about servers- she came to the table after I signed the credit card slip not to take away any dirty dishes, but to grab the credit card slip while we were still sitting there. The proper thing to do is clear the table while patrons are still there, and wait until after patrons leave to collect your tip. This happens a lot and it ticks me off because it is RUDE. Otherwise her service was decent and not what would keep me from coming back- the lack of proper utensils available for the meal is why I...
Read morewe've been waiting for this place to open for a while since we drive past it on a regular, so first time trying, and I will say it probably will get better in time.
first off, the music, all rap the whole time we were there. I think they were on a rap station. Second two female employees got into some kind of argument across from where we were, loud, cursing while we (approx. 8) customers are in the place. My grandbabies were standing up to see what was going on.
No alcohol is being served yet because they don't have their liquor license. Also only one TV works as the server said there was a problem with Xfinity connecting the other TVs in the establishment. No big deal except my husband wanted to watch the football game while he was eating so he just kept getting up walking over to the bar where the only working TV was.
Placed our order, husband wanted broccoli as he always gets in other seafood places with his seafood boil, but they don't have broccoli. Service was fairly slow and as a matter of fact I ordered rice and coleslaw as sides and neither came out until we were halfway through with our meal and I asked the server what happened to the rice and the coleslaw. I suggested she just put them in to go containers and we would take them home.
I would wait several months before trying them again as the seafood boil shrimp was good as well as my fish and onion rings. The lemon pepper wings were great. Hush puppies a little on the hard side. Coleslaw...
