DO NOT GO HERE. Came for a new set after a bad experience, they hit a home run and I enjoyed it so much. Came again for a fill, another home run. Got a fill the next time GEL POLISH started chipping. Came again, GEL POLISH and ACRYLIC chipped and I lost a nail. Came back, the lady over charged me and STOLE a $10 tip (the Jamaican one wrote over the strike through on the tip line) after a TERRIBLE paint job so I went back the next day and instead of fixing the paint, they gave me a $20 credit for my next service like I really wanted to come back (sarcasm). After 4 days, my nail was lifting so I wanted to cash in my credit for a fix (which I shouldn’t have to pay for) and a new paint job, he wanted to charge me $35 extra for a new paint job and charged me $15 (off of the credit) for one nail fix. Terrible customer service at this point, I just wanted to be done with it. Here I am, 7 days later and my nail has popped off and another is lifting. Will never be returning and I you think again before booking. The Jamaican one is a crook with no talent and was very unprofessional offering me edibles and they were going back and forth about how high they were while I was receiving my service. She also reached into my shirt and popped her card in it like she couldn’t just put it in my hand. Like girl, we not friends, you’re providing a service. NO STARS. While our nail tech is out the country I and my daughter had to find a spot to take care while they were away .. took her here explained to the lady that I wanted to use my own acrylic (which my Asian tech never has an issue doing). I called and asked what the price was for this with gel polish lady told me $45 ok coo.. dropped my daughter off came back was surprised to see her getting g her nails dried old school (which she didn't even know existed) she paid came out .. nails fd up lumped up and she said the lady didnt use my requested acrylic because I was scared (whatever that means).. uh no it's because I've been using this one for yrs and doesn't damage our nails if they break.. anyway not only did they use old school polish after applying their acrylic , she still charged her $45 after not following instructions not using gel polish and not satisfying the client. She usually tips and I was shocked when she didn't but she had a valid reason. I myself am a service provider so it was very disappointing knowing how important it is to satisfy your customer and give them what they want versus what you think is best. I'm just glad to say I tried them and don't have to wonder if it is a good nail spot or not.. on...

This establishment is completely unprofessional. I came in yesterday for a mani-pedi, my nails have bubbles in them. I was not charged for the basic nail art design only for it to completely smudge off in the first day. I come in today to have them fix the issue and they simply repainted the nails with no design. As I question where my design is Ryan proceeds to discuss how it wasn’t paid for yesterday which was his choice. I’m not understanding why if I came in for them to be fixed why that would not have been simply done with no in shop wait regardless if there would’ve been a fee.

I would highly recommend you goto another nail shop even if the choices are slim. Do not waste your time...
