I have an iPhone SE and was having trouble getting the charging cord to make proper contact, causing the phone not to charge. Taking it to an Apple Store, I asked if it could be repaired. They said, “Unfortunately, no.”
After reading the glowing reviews for iP3, I had my first experience with this company yesterday. I asked Bryan, the owner, if the port could be replaced. “Sure, it can,” and he quoted me a surprisingly low price to do the work. “Before we do that,” he said, “let me see if I can clean the port. That, most likely, may be all that’s wrong with it.” Bryan cleaned the port, and the phone is now charging and working perfectly.
Note: he could have told me that the port needed replacing and pocketed the money. But did he? No!
What a pleasure to find a businessman that is honest and knows how to take care of his customers. I will return to iP3 for all my iPhone, iPad, and iPod repairs and...
Read moreI came to this shop last year (he was highly recommended by a computer repair shop nearby) in hopes of being able to get my grand-daughters tablet fixed. Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired and Bryan was very honest and sympathetic about that. This year I cracked my phone and took it in to see if it could be repaired I didn’t want to buy a new phone. It took maybe 20 minutes and it looks like new and the cost was reasonable, I then took my daughters iPhone 11, again he was awesome and it took almost no time at all. Today I am taking my other daughter who has been dealing with a cracked phone to get it repaired, the shop she originally took it to asked for $200 and he would have to keep the phone for a few days. I showed her my phone and told her it took 20 minutes. I will be bringing my business to IP3 and telling all my friends and family. Also he responds quickly to messages sent to him with...
Read moreI have a XS Max, and I cracked the glass on the camera. After being told by 2 major phone repair companies that absolutely nobody besides Apple could fix my phone, I did a quick Google search for local companies to confirm what I was told.
That’s where Bryan comes in. I called him an hour before he was set to close, and he assured me that it can be fixed. I raced down to his store, and watched him perform magic on my phone. While working on my phone, another customer came in looking to have something fixed, and Bryan told him to come back about 15 minutes before he closed so he could finish up with me then get started on his issue. Meanwhile, he’s taking multiple calls from people also looking for help.
I was in and out of his store in about 30 minutes, and walked away amazed at his work, his ability to multitask, his work ethic, and his knowledge. IP3 should be the first and only place you go...
