The customer service of this place is the pits. Waited 4 to 5 minutes each trip til someone was willing to help check me out. even though they could see you as soon as they walked in, the door bell, and with me saying hello 2 or 3 times. Forgot my own boxes the first trip and they just threw them out the front door to me, they weren't even kind enough and walk them to my car which was only 20 feet away with my daughter! We had a pig butchered there and my goodness I hope you love salt in your diet cause they over salted our sausage links and made it almost unbearable to eat. Also asked for pork roasts, never got any. Our friends we went in with on the pig on there end never got their pork roll they ordered. Read moreI took my deer to Rocky Ridge for processing ,but the clerk didn't write down every thing I wanted done. all I wanted was hind qtrs cut off the bone into roasts and loins and backstrap left whole. I paid $75 for 5 lbs of deer ,the rest ,including hind qtrs went to charity.I was taken advantage of , they did not do a very good job for me. I will be taking my deer somewhere else next year, I won't go to a place where they don't treat me with integrity. So I gave them a second chance this year 2024 and asked for the hind qtrs to be broken down into roasts, 5 roasts plus shank on each side but got 2 from each side and they ground up the loins and backstrap....

I'm giving two stars because the sausage does taste good. We overlooked the fact the breakfast links weren't in any casings. Our main problem is the bacon. It's a hot mess It's cut very thin and some packs and others It's thick and thrown in with no pride in what they were doing.
