Business call looking for machine was placed on hold 15+ minutes by some guy. Never returned to call. I Hung up and called back same man answered very snappy attitude and refused to allow for me to ask a question. !!! Before I could say anything he cut me off saying WE DONT HAVE IT ! Have always enjoyed shopping at harbor freight. But I recently moved back to the Strongsville area and I was a bit disappointed to find out that harbor freight no longer has sale papers for the general public. It seems you have to join their specialty club and then you get really good prices.

It's still a good place to shop. They have about everything you need but I always enjoyed their sales, and it will be so nice if they would go back to the old way of doing it so that the general public could also enjoy their good...

Absolutely terrible, worst Harbor Freight I've ever been to. Got coaxed into going there by the employee of the Parma heights store, he said it was his home store and had the item.i needed. The line was to the back of the store, with only 1 cashier working. Same customer at register for over 5minutes, line not moving at all. No workers in the store....
