Checkers — Restaurant in Stuart

10:45 on a sat night. I'm literally the only single vehicle in the drive thru. I order a single stock combo meal. I pull up. I see three people standing around inside talking and one guy who looks like he's cleaning a shake machine. They take 5 minutes to open the window, hand me my drink, and run my credit card. I wait 5 more minutes and see one of the guys fill a basket with fries, drop em in oil, and then he comes to the window and asks me to pull around and wait for fresh fries while handing me my burger on its own. They weren't cleaning the fryers or changing the oil or anything. Just too stupid to drop fries right when an order comes in. I've worked in restaurants and fast food. This isn't a lack of understanding, this is total understanding. Zero excuse for this. I pull around and park. 5 more minutes goes by. I back up, drive up to the window again. No other customers have come and gone in this time. They refuse to open the window. I politely tap my horn, and the two guys I can see walk away out of view. I tap my horn again. Nothing. Finally the lady opens the window with an angry look on her face and asks if I'm waiting on fries. I said, "I'm the only car here with a single order and it takes over 15 minutes to get a medium fry out?" She starts sputtering about how it takes 3 minutes to cook fries and blah blah blah and I drive off because now I'm late for work. Don't go here unless you have 30 minutes to sit and wait for them to decide to cook some food whenever they get around to it. Totally worthless employees,...

Five stars on the food unbelievable right.. Of course, this was the second attempt or a remake of my first order. No exaggeration, my fish sandwich came out like a hard hockey Puck. My fries looked and tasted. Like they had been refried in old Grease or warmed up. This first bag of food was not fit 4 an animal consumption. But this is not. The way checker food should be this Was strictly the employee, not the company. Politely walked the food back to the window. Waited about 5 minutes and got the most delicious fish sandwich and fry's that I had had from checker in a while so I'm guessing if you are patient. And check your meal and don't be afraid to have them remake it. You will get an excellent meal that tastes just like the pitcher on the ordering marquee. Looks that's why I gave him 5 stars. To the manager or to the owner. Make the food right the first time. And I guarantee your profits will soar. have a good product? But the employees do not understand what quality control means. When we arrived ,The manager was sitting in her car and a really awesome girl name jessie was inside the restaurant taking orders and filling them. They were the only 2 working I don't know what was going on but I do know that my husband went and found the manager who happen to be extremely rude and said really rude and trashy remarks towards my husband like a drug addict would say I am really sorry for the young girl who had to deal with the situation inside she didn't deserve what she had to deal with I personally watched several people leave in frustration because I had already paid and was waiting on my order and couldn't leave had to wait or would have left also jessie brought our food out after a few min and it was correct honestly I don't know why they even have someone working like the manager that was there and if this business chooses to hire this type of employee as a manager I think jessie should find a different job sad situation good luck...
