The first time that I walked in to Joseph's Jewelry, I was absolutely blown away, by not only the beautiful, and radiant selections of diamonds, precious stones and pieces of jewelry, but also by the welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that greeted me at the front door. My first visit to this store, was to have a heart shaped pendant repaired, which the staff was able to complete in such a short turn around time. After this initial encounter, I couldn't bring myself to go to any other store for my jewelry needs. A few weeks later, I stopped back into take a look at possible engagement rings, and I was surprised that the staff had remembered my name, and welcomed me with a smile. As I was browsing Michael came over and starting asking me what it was that I was looking for design-wise in a ring, and I explained that I liked different parts of different rings. From here, Michael worked with his design team, to create not just one, but three, different renderings of rings, from which I found the ONE. Michael truly took into consideration my input, and was able to help create something that will truly be a one of a kind design. Brendan, the manager of the store, has always greeted me with a firm handshake, and a smile, and asking how my day, or week has been, which shows me that this jewelry store is more than just about selling product, and making money. This is a family owned business, that genuinely cares about each and every customer that walks in. They care just as much about building their relationships with people, as they do about making a profit. Another key person in this review is Anna. Every time that I have gone in, Anna has always been there, and asked how my girlfriend was doing, and if she had any idea about the ring. She also helped give me her input on ring styles and designs, which is always helpful to have advice from the female perspective. Overall, the entire staff at Joseph's Jewelry is absolutely wonderful, and professional, and I don't think there is another jewelry store that can compare to the quality of service that they provide to their community. So, get this, I finally got my hands on this fancy watch, and being the genius that I am, I tried to resize it myself. Turns out, luxury watches have this ridiculously annoying locking mechanism that I had no clue about. As you can imagine, I was on the verge of breaking it. In a panic, I walked into Josephs jewelry store hoping for a solution. And let me tell you, they were amazing! The moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and immediately gave me their undivided attention. I shamefully placed my watch box on the counter and asked if they could help me size it properly since I clearly had no clue what I was doing. I showed them my disastrous attempt, and they assured me that they could fix it. Brendan, the hero of the day, took great care of my precious watch. He even took the time to explain how the links work and gave me some interesting historical facts about it. I couldn't help but laugh at his jokes, which definitely lightened the frustration I had from my failed attempts.
