Based on the name, I had no idea they serviced washers/dryers. When our commercial units were in need of repair I called the main service tech in the area out of Rapid City. No one ever called me back after several calls and no one showed up to do service after 4 weeks. Luckily someone told me about Owens. Tim did a great job and the price was very very fair.
