Burger King — Restaurant in Sturgis

Went through the drive through yesterday at 10am and it took around 20 minutes! 4 cars drove off ahead of us, we got to the window and the cashier was clearly irritated and threw the bag with someone else's order on the counter and yelled "4 cars drove off". We still had to wait, and wait, and wait... then were informed they didn't have any has browns and "the manager" wanted to know if we'd be ok with fries. If "the manager" cared at all he would have approached the window and apologized to us, offered us some kind of discount...but no. He clearly had no control of the restaurant or his employees. With 6 staff members I could see from the window (including the manager himself) there is no reason we should have been treated as if we were a nuisance to this restaurant instead of a priority...in fact the REASON they have jobs at all. came here two days in a row and both days was the same girl working the window. both days she had a terrible attitude, both while taking our order and while giving us the food. i let it slide the first time because i’m not usually one to get upset about food industry workers. but the second time was no better, if not worse. she didn’t ask us if we wanted cheese on our whopper, she didn’t ask us what size we wanted anything, and after every item she sounded annoyed when asking “anything else?”. we also have asked her twice yesterday and once today for sauce and she completely ignored us. my boyfriend had to go inside and get it himself. we also got no napkins, or straws. i can handle incompetence, we all have bad days. but to be dumb and...

Recently ordered a whopper and an impossible whopper. The whopper was made well but served with almost completely GREEN tomatoes so had to remove them. The impossible whopper took nearly 20 minutes to prepare as they had not any thawed so had to rush it on the grill. It came out not flame broiled but BURNT and BITTER to the taste and uneatable. Tried to talk to the manager on duty but she seem to care less that they were serving food no one could eat. As we walked out the door I heard her yell to the back that they were serving green tomatoes? Guess that is the state of fast food these days. Very disappointed and most likely have had our last whoppers. Maybe a better training program...
