Boost Mobile — Local services in Sturgis

Monthly plan is nice when you have 3 or 4 lines but dont like how walmart offers boost mobile phones cheaper i took mine in i just broke and got a phone that i dont like had to pay 100$ for it and cant return it now that i seen walmart got the same phone i just had for 40$ i feel like i just got ripped off and its just rediculouse there is no benifits of making payments on time and sticking with the company for the past few years i always had the same phone and when and accident happens this is what i get an over priced phone that is out dated and internet speed sucks thanks boost for not taking care of your customers and over pricing your phones service aint even that great anyway looks like im switching to verizon may pay more a month but better service and better customer...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It all started when I switched from metro PCS to boost. To begin with the younger Hispanic guy was a little pushy. I get a joint account with my ex who requested to be primary on the account. My not so pleasant ex set restrictions on my phone. I go up to the store and they say they can't help me. I call the 1-800 number for boost and she apologizes for their actions at the Sturgis location. After this I go back a second time for help and the manager blocked me from using their wifi to recover my account. So I reported...

I simply wanted to switch phones when I got there I was asked how I could be helped he was helping someone else says well got finished with them and I needed to go to my car to retrieve a number a number and when I got back he had started waiting on another customer instead of waiting 2 seconds for me and proceeded to wait on that customer loosed for an hour and a 1/2 just to switch my number to a new Phone this place is a joke I was doing this...
