I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from another appliance store with delivery and install. The dishwasher never worked from day 1, even the installer had issues getting it to work. When I called the store they gave me the number for Bosch as I had to go thru them since it had been installed. When I did, Bosch, contacted the local certified technician at TC Appliance. The owner called me directly and worked with me to get her technician, John, there ASAP. He worked on the unit for a long time documenting all the issues with the unit and the install. He recommended a replacement unit and wrote up his report. I am getting my new unit within 2 days of this service. Both John and the owner of TC Appliance went way above and beyond normal customer service. I am blown away with how amazing they are and will be reaching out to them for any appliance needs I have in the future. We had a terrible experience with a box store and promised ourselves we would NEVER purchase from a box store again, we fortunately found TC Appliance. Wow, Nate was fantastic in helping us with a purchase of a new stove. Up front about expected delivery time being just a few weeks and then when the installers came, they were on time, presentable, friendly and installed the gas stove properly, went over all the pertinent information with me. We have always purchased our appliances from TC Appliances. Went in to purchase appliances for our kitchen remodel. They had the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove in stock. Needed to order the microwave and range hood. Received a call that these 2 items were in. Went to pick them up(drove 45 mi utes) was told they were not in and that there was no way I received a call because they were never ordered!! Had to wait an additional week.
