*UPDATE * I contacted customer service at the email they provided and am still yet to hear back from anyone.
I have always been pleased with Cottage Inn in sturgis. My family loves the food and our delivery drivers have always been friendly. I have recommended this place to several people who now order from there themselves. I even had my place of employment buy from there during our pizza luncheon. HOWEVER...on March 1st I placed an order to be delivered. After over 2 hours it finally arrived...but it was not edible unless you used a fork. The delivery guy had me open my boxes to look at my food because he apparently had deer run out in front of him and my food all slammed forward. When I looked it was a jumbled up wad of pizza...all of it. He asked if I would like him to bring me a new order or if I would like it credited to my account for a free order next time of the same items. It was already 9pm so I said to just credit my account. He had to use MY phone to call the restraunt and talk to his manager. She agreed to credit my account. Then he had ME talk to his manager and tell her it was ok to just credit my account due to the incident. She said ok she was crediting it now. After we hung up the driver had me recall her to make sure she understood she wasnt sending a new order she was crediting my account. She said yes she understood. I called yesterday March 14th and wanted to redeem my credit. The girl on the phone was very rude, I told her about my credit before I ordered and she said she didnt know anything about it and it wasn't on my account, she asked her manager and her manager told her to tell me she don't know anything about it. But was it a black man that delivered my order. I said yes. She said well you will have to call back tomorrow and talk to Misty. I called back today to talk to Misty I was put on hold until the phone rang back into the restaurant, they literally forgot I was on hold or directly hoping I would hang up and go away. When the rude girl answered the phone from it ringing back into the store she said "Misty wants to know if you can call back tomorrow she's slammed right now". So apparently customer service isnt something important to your location. I live right across the street from Mancinos and will just start going there. I spent a little over $50 on that order that the majority went into the trash not to mention I tipped the delivery driver because he was honest with me and did his best to make it right. To say I'm disappointed in the way this has been handled is an understatement. If I were the owner I think I would send some secret shoppers there a few times and see what the hell is going on...

I called to place our order and because it was an online special I was told I had to order online ( Cottage Inn's web sight doesn't allow you to choose which location you prefer, so The manager has always told me to call and let them know and she would adjust it) of course I tried online again, but it kept sending me to Coldwater 's Cottage Inn. So I called Again! And explained it another time , this time it was someone different. They assured me it would be the same as the online price. But...we would have a 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour wait for delivery. Over 2 hours and it wasn't hot, not even warm. Literally it all went in the trash. Even my teenager that lives on pizza ,didn't eat it. Read moreAfter ordering curbside, we waited for 20 minutes after our pizza was supposed to be ready. My husband went in even though he's handicapped to figure out what was going on because we could not reach anybody on the phone lines. A lady threw our pizzas down on the counter and walked away without discussing anything with my husband. my husband asked another employee if the manager was in and if they could talk to them. the employee went then came back and said the manager already saw you and does not want to talk to you. The lady that threw the pizzas on the counter was supposedly the manager. Our pizza was received cold and missing toppings but we are unable to talk to the manager because she refuses to...
