Glik's — Local services in Sturgis

This store is definitely not what it use to be. I can remember back in the day there wasn’t ever a time I would leave the store empty handed. In the last few times most recently on Sunday Oct 3rd (Sturgis MI store) I stopped to browse the store. Two very young women employees were working and were less than helpful. Didn’t ask if I was looking for anything, or needed help. The only communication was when I asked for something I couldn’t find (mens hey dudes) was told you were out of them and that’s it. Nothing else was said the whole time I was in there. Customer service could definitely be better as the employees working that evening lacked...

Purchased a product and found out as soon as I got home that the product contained lead. We drove an hour to return it and were told they would not accept the return because or even an exchange because it got wet on the way into the store (it was raining outside). The woman was rude and short with us. In my opinion, the store should not be selling products with lead or at least make sure customers are aware of the hazardous materials they sell. We are out $30 and 2 hours of our day....

The stuff in the store is made for skinny people and I mean skinny people. Not heavy set or people have a little extra meat on them. Skinny people only and thier way to high price. Only people that are rich or basically Roch can afford to...
