completely ruined my entire meal. like everything was COMPLETELY wrong. i called and spoke to a woman, she said to tell them Cody said they would replace it all. i thanked the woman and said it would probably be a couple days before we come in because i am 4 months postpartum and still recovering from a traumatic birth. i called in a few days later and refereed to cody and asked about them re-making the order. because i had no context to cody’s gender (i referred to her as a man) i was met with accusations. i was told i was a liar and that im trying to get free popeyes. immediately insulted because i have the proof of the order, pictures of the food, the phone call, i have everything. i asked “are you actually calling me a liar?” and i was met with a raised voice saying, “IM NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU MA’AM” when all i said was, “are you actually calling me a liar?” they have messed up literally every single order we have ordered from there and the first few times we didn’t even complain or say anything due to it being new. we only complained that night because it genuinely sent me to tears (postpartum hormones) and all i wanted was a break from cooking dinner and a hot meal that i can eat while it’s still hot. popeyes is mine and my husbands favorite restaurant so to be called a liar when i was just trying to get the meal i was intended to originally is so upsetting. i’m going to be contacting the district manager tomorrow with the screenshots, and then we will be switching back to KFC as they’re more than happy to always make things right for us. do not recommend for the food, service, or the...

OK so rarely do I do reviews but this experience deserved one. I went inside because there was hardly anyone there. I try to give my order so some guy who clearly was new which I was patient because I understand how hard using a new computer can be. Anyways after 15-20 mins of attempting to order TWO MEALS a 3 piece TENDER w mac and cheese and a 3 piece SPICY meal w mash pot and gravy and mack and cheese ..and even after the manager herself had to come help THEY STILL MESS IT ALL UP I ordered two meals. They gave me wrong sides then I get all the way home open the bag and it's just a big box of random chicken NO TENDERS and it wasn't even spicy! Also the mac and cheese is ALWAYS trash during night shift dry and disgusting I'm just super disappointed because I was patient and polite but even after all that time they still can't get anything right! I don't get the hype. The first time I went, the drive thru was packed but I waited anyways. When I got the to speaker I was rushed through my order. The chicken strips were awful. They were rubbery and had this chemical taste that stayed in my mouth for about 2 days. Not very pleasant. Decided to go a second time to try something else. Same thing. The chicken left this gross taste in my mouth.

Now lets talk about parking. There is like 6 normal spots in front of the building, parking on the side and parking in back. The parking on the side is ridiculous. You cant get out because that is where the drive thru line is. There was no planning when they decided on parking. Everyone employed is great. But the food is not worth it.
