So I called them up in Sturgis MI and asked if they had a Window AC and they told me they had to left. I went to the store and filled out the paperwork to get my Rental started. They are an amazing people there. Kind, Understanding and Courteous. They really made me feel Welcomed as soon as I walked to the front door. Delivery right on time and respectful of my property. We have gotten a few things here. The only time we have had an issue not sure who's miss communication it was cause we asked multiple times before sighing the paper work but we wanted to do the early pay off for a piece of furniture they did our bed but not the chair so we ended up having to pay for like a year instead of the 6 months same has cash deal . But if we go back he will Definitely not ask and trust they did the paper work right we will read and make sure it's right before sighing. Still highly recommend tho ! This my personal experience with Zsmart Very rude customer service, make sure you read the fine print because unfortunately I didn’t which is my fault. But they are not forgiving if something happens out of your control with the merchandise. The rates and money you end up paying is way more than the product especially if it’s stolen , the insurance fee you pay is a joke because exactly what does the insurance cover ?. This is my first time renting from a furniture store like this and I won’t be making the same mistake...
