Well...I must say I already have luved this store...as I purchased an oven from them awhile back...the sales people...on the phone are very competent and courteous...so that is the great start to this enjoyable experience.... I have to be honest..that with the way everything is so expensive now...I was going to trudge myself over to Walmart...and by a cheaper product from them...I have been putting it off...as I truly dreaded that entire experience...and here I was today..looking on my phone...and Grand Appliance had an ad going on..to save money..regarding the Black Friday deals...I saved $200...right off the bat...for the exact freezer I wanted from the start...so bye bye bad Walmart..and crumby freezer experience...and thanku so much Grand Appliance for starting my holidays off right... I have spent a large portion of my life in inside sales...and also advertising...and this is proof to me...they r doing a bang up fantastic job here...I want to say thanku so very much to them for helping me out...and especially since I already have a lot of trust in them.. .upcoming...I will be in need next of a refrigerator...and they r the ones...I will gladly turn to...much luv to all of u in the company...may all of u have a wonderful Thanksgiving and God bless to all of ur family and friends...thanku again so very much...and everyone should give them a chance for their appliance needs...for u will be very pleasantly surprised...take care...k.g.g. In my addendum...to this original posr...I have just had my new baby...freezer delivered...I had been alerted continually on the time arrival of it...and even though my window was 10:30am to 2:30pm...it is now 10:25am...and my beautiful freezer is already here with me... The delivery guys were spectacular....very courteous and kind...and efficient...Jose...was the main person I dealt with... All and all...this has been a fabulous experience from beginning to end...as I know it was going to be...thanku again Grand Appliance...for making this a fun day....much luv to all of u...and Happy...

Before I purchased my cooktop on Monday, I spoke with a real person who told me that it would work and that it would like be installed before Friday of this week. After I purchased it, I got an email from the same guy I spoke with in the chat saying I can have it delivered and installed on Wednesday. I was ecstatic. Tuesday afternoon I got a call from a lady to tell me this location doesnât deliver or install on Wednesdays and the best she could do is Saturday. She was a little rude but in her defense, so was I. I told her I had double confirmation from two separate people that it would be Wednesday. She refunded me $80 for this mishap and I scheduled for Saturday. But I really needed it installed before Friday. So I reached back out by email and asked if I could pick up the product. The guy, Ken said yes and sent me the address to the Indianapolis warehouse AND their hours of operation. Mon-Saturday: 9-4 and CLOSED: on Sunday.
When I emailed Ken back to say that I was having someone pick it up today (Wednesday) from the location and times he sent me, he let me know that the warehouse was closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. I have yet to speak with anyone who actually knows the hours and operation of the facility and maybe thatâs why the lady was so frustrated when she spoke with me. Iâd be mad too if I had to clean up everyoneâs mistakes. Anyway, I tried to call them twice and was sent to an answering machine letting me know âmy call is very importantâ to them and theyâd get back to me shortly.    Read moreWhen my washer went kaput I didnât know quite where to shop. Big box stores seemed to have variable reliability especially in terms of delivery and installation. Google suggested using a local retailer and grand appliance came up. In comparison to another local retailer (a.b.t.) I found the ordering process so much easier (I didnât have to wonder if Iâd ordered proper vent or water/gas connections). Also the price was a few hundred dollars cheaper than competitor! Win win! There was quick response in arranging delivery via email. I was offered delivery next day and due to my work schedule asked to do a day later. No problem! The day prior both phone and texts were used to confirm , and on day of delivery there were ample texts with status updates. Their team arrived during their scheduled window. (Amazing, right ?!). They were very professional, friendly, and even gave my pup lots of love . Installation went smoothly, and I am genuinely very happy with the entire process start to finish. Will absolutely use grand appliance in the future when the next appliance...
