Junction Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Sturtevant

First time trying here since moving to Sturtevant and upon entry the place was newly remodeled and nice on the inside. We picked a seat to sit at and had fast service. The food took a while but I can see why! I ordered the prime rib sandwich special with tots and everything was hot and tasty with freshly cooked green peppers and mushrooms. My husbands Reuben had actual 1/4" cut of corned beef in it versus the typical lunch meat style slices you get anywhere else and it was perfectly seasoned. This food is very fresh tasting, it isn't tasting reheated - it is made fresh! My daughter had the junction sandwich and it had lots of meat - it was a hearty sandwich and she ate the entire thing. The food is fantastic and the price is even better. I was quite surprised by the low prices, to be perfectly clear.

When ordering, we forgot to mention that a couple of the meals had to be gluten-free. We ended up swapping meals to make it work. I had ordered a build your own burger, but traded for the boneless breaded wings.

The burgers looked amazing. While I didn't end up having one, I did have the buns...which were nicely toasted with buttery goodness.

The wings were outstanding, tender and juicy, while not overly breaded. They offer a multitude of sauces. Teriyaki, BBQ, and DOA were all good. DOA was untamable, leaving my mouth blazing even after the Murphy's Irish Stout.

Service was slower than desired, but it was fairly busy. If you want something, it seems you have to ask. This isn't a complaint, but rather an observation of what is likely the norm here. Also, the bartender was periodically playing darts, but was quick to get back behind the bar to...

I moved from Italy not too long ago, which is why I like to visit new places to eat from time to time with my bestie. Not to mention that I know how to cook and always try to prepare healthy dishes and in this place I was surprised for the first time by Mac's welcome but also by the quality of the food and its preparation. I wanted to compliment the kitchen and my words to TJ were "Bro..!!! This is DOPE! Hands down the best burger since I got here to the USA." Actually everything was good, I would say 4.5 stars are not enough for those curds and those beef tacos and the bread (kinda like the Italian buns) on top of that perfectly cooked Haburger are at least 4.7 stars at least! In the end the price was really modest and gave me room to double it with Tip. Now I just want a coffee to finish on a high note and I honestly believe that the goodness of the food in this place will make any espresso anywhere else perfect. I dare you...
