Bliffert Lumber & Design — Local services in Sturtevant

Went to Bliffert to get replacement wood for our axe board. Big box lumber selection was absolutely terrible! Knotty, split, warped....you name it. ☹️ I explained to Eric we needed quality boards...and not totally dried out. He walked me out to the yard and showed the different lengths available and quality within the bundles. The entire selection was absolutely beautiful (compared to the wood I still can't unsee before going to Bliffert). Eric was given the cut sizes needed along with direction to pick the best board(s) in the bundle. I paid, left and within 4 hours was called back - the boards were ready. From the first to last time I walked into Bliffert I have been greeted and treated like a priority. Their service was top-notch and all my questions and concerns were acknowledged and answered. The designers Bailey and Haley were very outgoing, kind, and excellent resources that provided professional expertise that I was lacking. They had an impressive showroom with a wide selection of options that was easy to navigate with the help of Bailey and Haley. I was even assisted by Ray the store manager when the designers were assisting other customers which showed me how much they value ALL their customers and are willing to ensure their satisfaction from start to finish. I highly recommend Bliffert to anybody interested in beautiful new cabinets...
