Iāve been to many gyms and participated in many different types of workouts. I love the interval training at Orangetheory Fitness using the treadmill and rower. We also workout on the floor using different weights, a step/bench, TRX straps, and other equipment plus our own body weight. Orangetheory Fitness provides me with an excellent workout every time I attend class. Instructors encourage members of all fitness levels to work at their own pace. There are different challenges members can participate in too. I started at OT in mediocre shape. I have gotten stronger, faster, and my endurance has improved remarkably not only during exercise but also at work and play. I feel and look much better and my confidence has improved. Not only do I enjoy better health and self image since joining OT, I have increased energy, clearer thinking, and I even sleep better. Even with the new format in which workouts repeat every few weeks, we are given an opportunity to challenge ourselves and to directly witness our improvement. Our coaches at OTF Sudbury always encourage us to "get uncomfortable" and reach for the stars so to speak, yet give us the space and support to grow at our own pace. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been a member here for just over six months, and have nothing but good things to say. The staff here are fantastic, great people all around. I'm still a little unclear how some of them are so much more awake than I am at 6:15am, but I'll get to the bottom of it.
There are a number of 'benchmark' days where you might run a mile, row 200m, 500m, or 2000m, etc., to keep you motivated to improve, beating your previous times. They do a few 'special events' throughout the year to keep things interesting.
The facility is always clean (can't speak to the restrooms/showers, as I've never used either here), and the equipment is always in good shape, never broken or abused.
If nothing else, come for the workout...
