Waited twenty minutes for two food items and a drink. Boyfriend who was waiting while I went to cvs was told “food was really backed up” but then they gave us ice cold food…. After it was allegedly in line to be warmed up. Drink was completely wrong even though it’s not a complicated order and it tasted like water. Last time I came in I was given a hot drink instead of iced (it was a cold foam drink….) I asked for it iced then I was given another wrong drink but I didn’t want to take time away since there were six other people waiting for their wrong orders. A woman next to me said, “yeah they haven’t been on their A game in months” and I think that about sums it up. I haven’t had a close to correct drink made for me since they remodeled or a drink made in less than 20 minutes. Will be driving to Framingham or Marlborough...

And the completely unacceptable behavior by Jodi to have her business card in the store yet never reply to customer feedback is maddening. DO SOMETHING ALREADY. Why is it so impossible for absolutely anyone at Starbucks to recognize, “wow, 1 star review after 1 star review, constant email complaints from customers, but you know what, keeping the same infuriating might not be the best way to do business.” I guess mold and customer-barista fights and expired food and all is acceptable to Colleen and Jodi....
Read moreI witnessed a harrowing experience, a teenage barista broken down in tears, visibly burnt out and at their wit’s end. Why, you might ask? As a regular here, I can tell you confidently that the store manager Colleen is an unacceptable, horrifying excuse for a “leader”, with the people skills of a dirty mop. Speaking of: the state of the store when certain employees are working is so dirty I wouldn’t want my worst enemy eating there; on the contrary, when certain manager/employees are working, you can see that customers and staff alike are so much happier.
